Order Processing Time
It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
Generally, orders are shipped within 1 working day of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends/holiday might experience delay.
SHIPPING TIME
In-stock orders typically ship within 0-2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 3-5 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address.
Pre-order shipping dates are shown on each product page. You'll get an automatic email when your order ships.
We will make every effort to ensure you receive your parcel on time. However, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays, or incorrect/insufficient delivery information.

Shipping Service:
We provide FedEx, truck driver Courier or DHL shipping services. No tax needed.
SHIPPING CHANGES
We won’t charge you for address changes if you update it before we email/text your tracking number.

$0000WILL BE CHARGED to cancel the order after the package has already shipped.
$0000WILL BE CHARGED if the customer does not accept the package when the package is delivered.
Order Cancellations
We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.If your payment is finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
Shipping Tracking
A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

Out of stock
Occasionally, a product may run out of stock at our warehouse before the website is updated. If this happens, we will email you immediately after you place your order, informing you of the backorder status, the expected arrival time, and any available substitutes if you are interested in receiving your bike sooner.
The expected arrival time may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as a shipment being held up at the port or the factory missing a certain part needed to complete the manufacturing process.
Please note:
*It can take a few days after order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. This may take longer during events or holidays.
*Shipping times will be affected during public holidays, as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
*If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.
